Non-Integer Order Approximation of a PID-Type Controller for Boost Converters

In this work, the voltage regulation of a boost converter is addressed. A non-integer order PID controller proposed to deal with closed-loop instability system. The average linear model obtained through small-signal approximation. resulting considered divided into minimum and normalized non-minimum phase parts. This approach allows us design for part system, excluding temporarily one. fractional-order approximation suggested proposal realization electrical described its implementation used corroborate effectiveness when regulating output in converter. achieves by exhibiting iso-damping property using single control loop, which confirmed terms controlling phase/variable parameter systems.
